A recent visit to review progress at St Anne’s Quarter in Norwich showed how the first phase of the project, including the stepped plaza, is nearing completion. Liz Lake Associates have been working on the St Anne’s Quarter scheme for Orbit Homes for a number of years, taking it through the planning process, tender and into construction.
