Taylor Wimpey East London is building 936 houses and apartments on the former site of the University of East London. All 13 apartments buildings will have either a green or brown roofs and the public realm includes a number of innovative areas of public open space, including ’the spine’ landscape. We produced a number of views of the ‘spine’ landscape.

The image for the Taylor Wimpey East London residential scheme on the former site of the University of East London was prepared to illustrate the ’the spine’ landscape a north-south aligned linear amenity space providing a green link from Mayesbrook Park to the south, into the heart of the development.
Stunning visualisations of the spine and surrounding landscape features gave the client a real feel for what to expect once construction has finished. The 3D’s also help give prospective buyers a chance to visualise the landscape and its features.
