South Oxhey

South Oxhey initiative is a £150 million regeneration project in the heart of South Oxhey adjacent to Carpenders Park Station. Described as the “gateway to the town centre” this mixed-use scheme will provide 514 new homes, vibrant retail spaces with a supermarket and a high-quality market square with can be used to host large community advents.

Liz Lake associates worked on the initial conceptual masterplan for the scheme instilling the key ideas which were taken forward into the approved scheme. Those of creating a high-quality scheme which held the community at its core.
