Hullbridge
Malyons Lane, Hullbridge is a large residential development of over 500 new homes. Liz Lake Associates were appointed to develop the landscape led scheme which incorporates large areas of public open space, green links, SUDs features and existing boundary vegetation. The proposals were developed working closely with the architects, engineers and project ecologiss to create a high quality scheme.
Our work included preparing information and attending presentations and meetings with the local council, preparing diagrams and plans for the Design and Access Statement, designing numerous play areas, and producing the detailed soft landscape proposals for the site.
Liz Lake Associates are now working on developing the drawing pack for construction, with the first phase already under construction.
