Liz Lake Associates have been responsible for undertaking a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and supporting detailed landscape design proposals to support the detailed application for 7 new build homes within Octagon Park.
The vision of Octagon Park is to create an exciting and coherent site, designed as a contemporary parkland development. The innovative near-zero carbon, near-zero energy housing development shall combine contemporary design flair and a commitment to sustainable design. The layout is in direct response to its contextual surroundings and location on a slight incline, overlooking the parkland behind a row of existing mature trees.
Throughout the ever changing brief and very specific requirements in response to the architecture, Liz Lake Associates designs developed over time with the final frozen design being modelled and presented to the client in a CGI flythrough.
