Planning Approval – South Ockendon parcels 4 and 5
Liz Lake Associates formed part of the design team that successfully achieved planning approval for the 230 dwelling scheme. These parcels of land form part of a wider housing development supplying a wide variety of households in the south of Essex.
Liz Lake Associates remit ranged from the production of sketch proposals through to full detailed planting proposals for each property and the public realm. As part of the scope, Liz Lake Associates also created proposals for the main square and park with play area (LEAP).
