Approach
Through the process of desk-top study, field survey, data analysis and consultation we were able to prepare a detailed report for East Cambridgeshire District Council recommending areas to be included or excluded from the Cambridge Green Belt. Our recommendations were based on a comprehensive policy review, historic factors and landscape character.
Outcome
The report was taken to committee by the District Council and will now be used to help inform decisions when Green Belt boundaries are re-drawn.
