Brief
This period property is set in large grounds. The client wanted to enhance the property by creating a paddock area to the rear, increasing the size of the rear garden and improving the front garden. This led to a number of planning conditions which needed to be satisfied, and LiZLaKe was able to advise the client how best to achieve this.
Approach
Having created outline designs that dealt with all the tree protection issues and complex ground-level changes, we gained a detailed knowledge of the site. The client also recognised the benefit of asking us to continue with the detailed design proposals for the paddock and the hard and soft landscape for the front of the property.
