Brief
The client had plans to demolish the existing house and build a new one in its place with a formal driveway and entrance gates, five-a-side football pitch and fully landscaped grounds. LiZLaKe was approached to deal with all the external landscape issues relating to outstanding planning conditions for this rural property.
Approach
After carrying out an initial site, hedgerow and tree survey, we prepared a concept masterplan for consultation. Working with the client, architect and engineer we developed detailed plans for submission to the local planning authority. These were approved.
