Brief
Having been referred to the client by the garden designer, we were invited to assess this complex site where the existing garden had extensive level problems with a drop of over three metres across its length. It was in a Conservation Area and commanded long views across the Thames Estuary, had limited space for parking and offered little in the way of useable areas for recreation and children’s play.
Approach
We were able to prepare detailed hard and soft landscape proposals that dealt with all the key issues.
