The Grove

Complementing its five-star status, The Grove hotel wanted its grounds to provide a country-house setting. Involved from the early stages of the process, our practice helped with obtaining planning permission for the hotel and golf course. We worked with leading garden designer Michael Balston who provided the concept design for the hotel gardens, and developed these ideas to working and tender drawings. We also sourced materials, oversaw budgets, and advised on construction. The Grove was the 2005 BALI Principal Award Winner for mainly soft landscaping under one hectare.
