Liz Lake Associates has worked on over fifty heritage landscape schemes, particularly with the Debois Landscape Survey Group. These have ranged from pure restoration projects for public authorities to Inheritance Tax Exemption schemes and agri-environment projects for private owners. We also have experience of integrating new development in historic parks. All such projects require archival research and a thorough assessment of the existing features that remain on the ground.  We provide an evaluation of the significance of the heritage assets and strategies for prioritising the clearance of inappropriate features, alongside the rebuilding of structures, new planting and appropriate management of historic landscape.
