This iconic Stadium in north east London has been approved by Waltham Forest Council.  The proposals were revised following comments from the Greater London Authority and local residents, to include proposals for 294 homes on the mixed-use development.  Liz Lake Associates are looking forward to taking this important scheme forward to achieve a lasting and sustainable legacy to the site.
