Expert Witness

Liz Lake and Michelle Bolger are both experienced expert witnesses for planning and appeal inquiries, call-in inquiries and local-plan reviews. They have presented evidence on behalf of appellants, local planning authorities and local groups.

The work includes preparing proofs of evidence for an inquiry, attending briefings with legal advisors, agreeing Statements of Common Ground, and answering questions under cross-examination.
