Currently with a staff of 16, the LiZLaKe team is highly experienced and close knit. We have an excellent communications network and hold regular meetings so that everyone is kept up to date with current projects.

All staff are encouraged to fulfill their maximum potential, to be responsible for their own areas of expertise and have access to extra training when it is required.

The practice has gained an impressive reputation for its strong sense of values in respecting the landscape and the needs of the client. Our aim is always to produce imaginative, well-considered, affordable and long-lasting solutions.
