Stocking Hill reaches completion

This bespoke development of just 8 units situated on the edge of the North Hertfordshire village of Cottered, is a break from traditional over 50's housing. Working with award winning architects Brady Mallalieu, LZL developed a predominantly native planting scheme which integrated this contemporary development into the surrounding countryside. The scheme had complicated level issues as well as being adjacent to some visually intrusive water treatment works which needed to be screened in a sympathetic manor. Collaborative working between the design team, client and contractor ensured a high quality scheme which is visually appealing yet easy to maintain.
